Le Cro Magnon

 |
|
Located at the top of town on the Plateau de Morel, and open lunchtime
and evening, the Cro Magnon offers real French family cooking at
its best. The house specialities include a Roblochonnade (a whole
Roblochon grilled on a bed of roasted potatoes), and a Grillonnade
(tender cubes of beef, grilled by yourself at the table, with local
sauces). Portions are generous, most main courses are served with
three vegetable dishes. It is advisable to book, but should you
need to wait a while, Gerard will be happy to serve you drinks at
the bar, before Brigitte, the charming patrone, shows you to your
table.
